Selling at Auction?

Selling at auction offers speed, simplicity and certainty. Prospective buyers bid openly against each other and a binding contract is madeĀ on the fall of the gavel.

Suitable properties for inclusion in our auctions should be received ideally a minimum of 5 weeks before the sale day. Although special arrangements may be made in certain circumstances to include late lots.

When you contact our auction team to discuss your requirements, we will explain the auction process and costs involved. Help you set the guide and reserve prices.

You will receive a written contract setting out the terms and conditions of business. Once signed we will contact your solicitor regarding a legal pack. Please make sure you discuss with them any costs involved.

A catalogue of all the lots will be produced and will be available both online and in hard copy. Any offers received prior to auction will be forwarded to you and any adjustments to guide or reserve prices will be discussed. You are free to attend the auction if you wish.
